Confused for STD

Im Enis Fejza , and I live in a part of Kosovo , im scared for any STD
I recieved unprotected oral sex (fellatio) and a kissing mouth with a female that I don't know , and after I did I was scared that I get any of STD , and most of my mind thinks HIV as an international
Known disease. So at that night I thinked in bed and scared , I searched in internet for symptoms and for risks , I took panic and affraid . So next day My sexual organ gets inflamation , and I didnt feel it at real , so i saw that the organ was red and when I urinated and felt burning while urinating and I told my uncle for that (he is 30) and he said that its not risk anyway he said if someone gives me a viagra or something , then He told my father , my father angry a few to me , and asked me if I had vaginal sex, I told him that I didn't make vaginal sex , he said that it may not be risk for just oral , after 1 day I experienced itching all over my body in almost all parts (include head) and I called a doctor (was my professor in medicine high school) and he is so close with me , he said that it is not risk for HIV , triperotomia not risk too , gonorhea he said no , syphilis is rare he said , and he told me to grt some medicaments for treatment (ampycilin , sunopen for itching , and paracethamol for fever or something) for amycilin he told me to take 4 pills in a
day ( a higher dose than normal) and i took amoxicilin its same like ampycilin and I took some anti-hystaminic pills (turkish made) and after I took them it seems like my sexual organ was treating but I had problem with Itching (I itches in body parts like in my abdomen , my testicles , around sexual organ , in head most behind-up parts in head
And After I went outside house and stay more it itched more and more it was like itching and like spider bite , almost at nights , and in the morning. I had fever in these first days when I stayed outside house , but fever got away for long and had no more fever. But I noticed in my eyes something like bite and like burning but when i close and open the eyes I saw an white carpet i saw white at all (it was for a second) than after taking medicaments My organ was treating it and itching not treated.After 1-2 days I called my professor (Doctor) and he said the itching will remove with time , but he said that my mind is in pchaos and i have brain complex . After some days I just itches long and long , and Some fathers friend told me to go to an Alergolog-Immunolog in the capital of state , I went there and he did me an alergy test and one drop was burning and the part of drop goes red.He said that You need to stop some foods like (conserves , spices , and juice drinks all sorts) and he said eat potato in the water with salt and drink hot tea . And after I told that I had oral sex he said that nope you are not experiencing these symptoms from any STD . He gave me a recept of some medicaments (Alvotadin 1 pill in a morning before eating , and prednol corticosteroids 4 pills two first days for 7 days and next 5 days 2 pills after eating . After i took medicaments , I saw that the itching is going away, At midnights i wake from sleep and i saw myself yellowface (perhaps the effect of corticosteroids-Prednol), with days the itching was cured but after itching was cured I experienced other symptoms like muscle pains like finger pains , but not large pain it was just a small pain to hear and some small bites in the legs near the joints behind part, and it removed with time , for more then 4-5 days i was with no sumptoms and normally . But I stayed in house . After I went outside like my ears biting but it was from cold , but When I makes shower itching came for a few , wh I start to shower everyday it was back . And Im again affraid if I have any STD , I did Blood Analyses in hospital Laboratory , erythrocytes SE of Erithrocytes was 3 and its normal till 10 , Leukocytes 8.9 and its normal till 10-11 , Limfocytes 39 and normal till 40 my Urine was normal by doctors. My blood analyzes where normal by doctors words , but my thriglicerydes where high 2.80 and not al is 1.50-2.00 maximum , its true that I eat very much meats but im not sure if this causes the itch the burn and all this. My mother is nurse I told her my history and she safes me from HIV that I dont took it my all family safes me doctors too , but why I have all these symptoms , if from cold why? If from shower why? If from STDs - why the urine analyzes said nothing. Im affraid I was to an urologist too he told me to take some medicaments (Doxycycline) 7 days , 2 pills in a day. But he said to make Spermatocultura and one other analyze I dont remember , but the truth is that I have problems with ASO and CRP at last i had growth of both but not anymore , last analyzes of them , they where at normal point.
I any Doctor see this please comment and tell me i'm only 18 years and I have I life starting I'm scared.
Symptoms : Itching in all parts , very little burning pain in some part near left joint , bites in armpits legs and in hands , but they are sometimes , pain bite very near up sexual organ and an irritation maybe with some burning ferl inside my penis and in some parts of of legs .
I'm not having fever , but im having a diarrhea. (The week I stopped eating foods how the alergolog-immunolog said to do I had not diarrhea. But after I started eating the diarrhea issued.)
I had Diarrhea and before in my life because I eat too much .)

and I need to tell you the secret that I wont tell to anyone , I smoke cigarettes and weed , but forgot to post at last :S thenks for your comment :)
thenks by telling me this , I just want to tell that at the first days , how I remember not very sure , I had penis watery discharge , how I remember , I saw it , but perhaps it was any STI and I eliminated it with antibiotics.
