Could I have a STD from oral sex?

Hello. I’m a medicine student (woman) and I am studying about STDs at the moment and I’m a bit concerned. Two years ago I was messing around with one guy, we drank a lot of alcohol and he asked me to have sex with him. As I was a virgin, I said no. Then he asked me at least to kiss his penis. I agreed. As I kissed it for a couple of times, suddenly he ejaculated and some sperm got into my mouth and I swallowed it. That guy had 10 girlfriends before, so I am afraid he might have a STD. Could I get Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis, Hepatitis B or C virus, HIV? I’m now afraid that I could be infertile for the rest of my life. By the way, if I have N.gonorrhoeae or C.trachomatis in my throat is it possible to pass the disease to my boyfriend’s penis, as I perform oral sex for him, and then get it in my vagina? Also, I have never experienced any symptoms. I’m probably just paranoid. Thank you for your answers!

STDs from oral sex are possible. Therefore I would still advise to get tested, as TooHip1973 also mentioned. There are no downsides in doing a test.

Go get an STD test. Easy answer but I highly doubt you have anything to worry about.
