Could this be HIV?

About 6 or 7 months ago, I had unprotected sex with two separate partners. Both vaginal and anal. Not too long after, I developed a cold, sore throat, runny nose and what looked like pimples on my inner thighs. I broke some open and hard, round nodules came out. They looked almost like large blackheads. The cold went away after about 7 days and the bumps took just a bit longer. Of course I looked up tons of symptoms and now I feel it’s a cause for concern. Even more so when I found statistics for Washington ST, stating that there have been more than 15,000 HIV/AIDS cases recorded in Washington and about 3,000 people on average that have HIV and don’t know it. Some other symptoms like diarrhea have been present but no fever. I do not have a history of rashes and to my knowledge I am not allergic to anything. I'm nervous about getting tested, should this be a cause for concern?

Those stats aren't all that high, really.  Its probably less than 1% of the state.

Get a test if it concerns you, but there is no reason to be so worried.

You'll be ok.  You had a cold, that's about it.  It's not HIV.  Go get tested just to ease your mind.

Use condoms from now on.  If you are looking for chances statistics, you need to realize that you have a better chance of getting some other herpes, gonorrhea, chlamydia than HIV.
