Cut on lip during oral sex, analingus to oral contact

Hi

Today I met a man online so we could perform oral sex on each other. He told me he was free of STD's.

Before I met him I noticed my upper lip was a bit raw and chaffed but I ignored it. We performed oral sex on each other. He then performed analingus on me without my consent. My anus was washed but not thoroughly and not inside. He put his finger inside my anus, he didn't clip his nails.

During this he frequently touched his own penis which by now probably has traces of faecal matter on it, but I continued sucking his penis.

After I left I looked in the mirror and noticed my lip was now slip and red raw! It wasn't bleeding but open and it stings when I smile.

Risks:

What is the risk of STD's from me giving him oral sex with a split, chaffed lip?
What is the risk of him performing analingus on me then sucking my penis? (bacteria/parasites)
If my own faecal matter got into my bloodstream through the cut on my lip, is this possible?
Risk of him sticking his finger with the nail on it into my anus (cuts?)

Also, there probably wasn't much faecal matter but small traces you can't see with your eye maybe.
