Deep cut on penis, recieved oral from csw

I believe the csw was african, and i had been circumcised 5 weeks earlier, it was not 100% healed.

I know the oral risk is v. low, but doesnt this increase the risk?

No.  Peircings don't bleed unless they are torn after they heal.

I was really drunk at the time.
I knew about prostitutes in that area before i went to this area but i never soberly thought i could be stupid enough to do something like that.
I know this is no excuse.
I have cut down on my drinking since.

Thank you for your info. in the first paragraph, too.

She had her lip pierced, however, the prescence of a possible source of blood scared me more.
Would such a piercing, combined with the wounds on the penis give any sort of possibility?
(sorry i didnt mention this initially)

There isn't enough virus present in saliva to transmit HIV.  You are worried about nothing.  Stress can cause your immune system to be weak.  You could have a deviated septum, and it is flu season with a different strain spreading around the globe.

Now, let me ask you...had the csw been any other race or ethnicity, would you be as concerned?  I normally don't judge people on their choices but your racial reference shows that you knew the statistics before you engaged in this activity, yet you did it anyway knowing you had an incision that was not completely healed...knowing that any sexual activity with a csw was risky...knowing that statistically, because she was african, it was possibly riskier...YET  you did it anyway.  And now, you are paranoid about getting HIV from oral sex with a csw that you think is African. It burns me up that people make their own informed choices then worry themselves and others when it could have been avoided by making a better one.
