Dildo and STD/Infections?

My bf and I were playing with my dildo today as foreplay before sex. He and I are clean and check up every six months. But today during our foreplay, the dildo slipped out and hit the bedsheets, he quickly picked it up, not even five seconds on the bed, and shoved it back in. In the heat of the moment, I didn't think much of it but now my hypochondria is blowing up thinking I might be getting an infection/std (stupid, i know since it's made of medical silicone and he is the top and never uses it. only me). I'm freaking out, is there any chance i might get a bacterial infection cause of this?

If you both are std-free (clean implies that those with STDs are dirty, which isn't the case. Dirty means having to shower), then there wouldn't be any chance of STDs here. Even if you had fluids on the sheets, there isn't any bacteria in them if neither have anything.

Even if someone else had used the sheets, by the time you got to them, the bacteria would be harmless from exposure to air.

There is no concern here at all.

Very unlikely.  But assuming you are both clean, there is no need to worry about getting stds.
