Discharge not chlamydia or gonorrhea

I been having occasional white discharge from my penis for the past coupld weeks. I got ested twice for stds (chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV, and syphillis) and the results were negative.

I've taken azithromyocin and another beta-lactam antibiotic with no improvement. The only symptom is the discharge. I've had multiple male partners and the last female partner was a year ago so I don't think it is trich.

What could this be and does it need to be treated?

Not always, discharge can be from an infection in the uretha or prostate.

Wouldn't I have pain of some sort if it were prostatitis or another prostate problem?
