Unsure where to go after a barrage of antibiotics

A month ago I received unprotected oral from a SW. I am also have diabetes and have occasionally over the last few years had minor urine infections.

About 2 weeks ago I started having pain inside my urethra, and a regular urgent need to pee. When I do pee usually little comes out. I have no discharge. Problem is I am on vacation in Europe when all this began. I saw a local doctor who gave me 1 x 1000mg azithromycin and a 5 day course of Cipro (1 x 500mg every 12 hours) and said as I was not local he could not test but that should clear most up... 5 days later there was no change... I saw another doctor who said I did probably have a UTI and gave me 7 days of cotrimoxazole (800/160mg every 12 hours). I am reaching the end of this course with no real improvement and am not due to fly back to the USA for another week so unsure what to do....

Would most of the common stds (if that's what it was have been killed off)?
What else could it be? Could it be thrush after all of these antibiotics (I had some others for a skin infection about 2 weeks previous)
If I can somehow get an std test while here does it work when taking other antibiotics...

Unsure what to do now? Any advice or words of comfort?
