Do I have an STI or a UTI?

Hello,
I am a 20 year old male recently had a separation with my girlfriend and then had an unprotected encounter with an ex girlfriend.  These are the only two sexual partners I've had in the past year.  This encounter was a little over a week ago.  The ex claimed she was infection-free.  A few days after, I started noticing some mild discomfort while urinating, along with a "tickly" feeling in my urethra and frequently needing to urinate without urinating much each time.  I have no abnormal discharge or blood in my urine.  I used an Azo test strip and the result was mildly positive for leukocytes & negative for nitrates.  I have not yet seen a doctor as these symptoms are still recent, but I'm concerned about chlamydia/gonorrhea.  Could anyone help me get a better idea of which is more likely that I'm dealing with?  I've read that exhibiting symptoms of these std's is not always likely, which makes me hope its a uti (along with no discharge or bleeding).
