Hi,Two Days back I was completely drunk and  had sex with an escort.She had covered my penis with condom and gave me oral(blowjob) and later we had sex with the condom for 2min.From yesterday I feel burning sensation on penis and feel frequent urination and same followed today.This is the first time I gone to an escort.I am really worried.please help me..Now My Question is:
1.Am I affected with any STD's?
2.If I am affected how long it take to show up the symptoms?
3..How soon I can go for a test to get accurate results?
4.Can I participate in sex with My Wife?(did not do it after the incident)

Hi,
My urologist said he found WBC&RBC in my urinalysis and he said that is due to the ongoing infection,what do u suggest Does the presence of WBC&RBC indicate I am infected with some sort of NGU?
are there any other reasons for WBC&RBC to be present in urine(for eg:inflammation)

But Phenazopyridine Hydrochloride   is only pain reliever right?how does it treat My infections and coming back to Kidney stones,I am only 25,never had any UTIs before,is it possible???.

Phenazopyridine Hydrochloride is the medication you were given. It does make your urine bright orange so be sure to clean up any drips after you urinate and wipe off the last drops so you don't stain your underwear.

your provider thinks you have kidney stones. continue to follow up with them if symptoms persist. as we discussed previously, it's not likely any of this is sd related.

MY UPDATE:
Guys,
this is My 5th week of exposure,I still have the symptoms like pain in right testicles,pain and swollen groin,discomfort on urination,burning urethra on ejaculation,visited a Urologist today,he tested My urine and found some wbc and rbc,he said probably a stone?he prescribed a medicine and said it will turn my urine to orange,dont know what the medicine was?(will be ready at pharmacy by30minutes from now) AND asked me to use for 10days and if the symptoms still persist he said me to take an x-ray.
Do You guys have any idea what the hell was happening to me???
Any Valuable suggestions/advices/help please....

I did visited Doctor and they did urine analysis and said that WBC count is more and indicates some infection.prescribed,one dose of Ceftriaxone  injection(taken it), one dose of AZITHROMYCIN(taken it) 1000Gms ORAL,CIPROFLAXAMACIN 500mg twice a day for 10 days.
Still I have pain in My testicles and burning urethra on urination.

UPDATE OF MY CASE:(SORRY IT'S BIG)

Right from the day after intercourse I have burning penis head,frequent urination,pain in testicles,pain and bulge in groin area,body itching,red blisters(5 to 6 of them) on my hands(non itchy,no pain),small brown warts on My chest area(non itchy,no pain),small red blisters come and go away in 2days on whole body(itchy,burning),sore eyes,pain in both the legs,skin flakes from palms and foot.
Tested for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea after 9 days of intercourse.Result was negative.
Today visited Planned Parenthood nearby,Did not even address any of My problems,They only tested for Chlamydiae, Gonorrhea(urine Test).
Guys I wanted to see some other doctors even though I don't have a Insurance.Can You suggest Me like which specialists (Doctors) to go to address all My Problems.
Please Please Help Me Guys Just One blunder 10 minutes Mistake,suffering 24/7.

Hanger I experience the same thing. My uretrha hurts and I feel leg and stomach pain. Please keep us posted because I'm worried about that. My urethra hurts so bad, the doctor thinks it is a kidney stone.

Hey - saw your post and wanted to say I know the stress that this can cause !!

If you get tested and while waiting asure yourself that the risk is very low - it helps with the feeling of desperation that your spouse will find out you were unfaithful - I had a similar thing happen - although had sex with a friend - symptoms 10 months later and so on so on.

All I'm saying is chances are you're cool - but you wont be sure 'til test results come in.

protected vaginal sex is very low risk.

odds are this is not a std going on. see your provider today for some basic urine testing and go from there.
