Do i have hsv 2 ? my test result . please help

i went and tested for hsv 2 igg igm my results are below
HSV 2 IgG 3.7 ru /ml ( or = 16 to 22 - Borderline , >= 22 RU/ml - Reactive )
HSV 2 IgM 0.07 ( ratio /=0.8 - /= 1.1 - reactive )
what does it mean ? i checked with doctor and she told negative and also i checked with the blood test vendor they also told its normal.
do i have the virus ? do i still pass it to my gf if i have sex ? my numbers will increase or how it is ?
Doctor told its non reactive but still my mind is stuck with it . Please help me
