Doctors can't diagnose my penis rash

I made a very bad decision about 10 weeks ago and had sex with a random person. After 3 days i noticed redness on the top of my penis (i am circumsized) which gradually became worse over the next two weeks. When I get erect the whole penis head gets inflamed and little bumps appear on the head then  the redness goes away when I am flaccid. I have no itching or pain at all.

The issue has persisted for 10 weeks straight and i tested at 8 weeks for all STDs (10 panel with trich test added) and have been negative (I know herpes/hiv is around 12 weeks but my symptoms are not indicating of herpes)

Doctors have prescribed me antibiotics (azithromycin/rocephin, and doxycycline) for any bacterial infection, diclucan for two weeks (for potential yeast) and ketaconazole cream for potential yeast and triamcinolone (steroid cream). The irritation/redness has not been affected by any treatment.  I am seeing a urologist in a few weeks but I am freaking out over what it could be

I am 100 percent sure it was sexually acquired. My symptoms indicate yeast infection but I have had no itching and no yeast treatments have worked and I am circumsized. Are my symptoms similar to anything you can think of?

Hi you are aware that the penis head dosent take much pressure to force blood to it and it would be come red. Same with just touching it. None of what you describe indicate any std and if it were fungal the cream would have cleared it up.
Possibly some of the creams your using and the act of rubbing them on to the head could cause inflamation. I think in part your anxiety is adding to symptoms.

I'm sure a little of it is, my concern is the really bright redness and bumps that happen when I ejaculate and am erect.
