Dull Testicular Ache, Negative STD Tests

Hi hope some one is able to assist. I am a 30 year old Male

I had unprotected sex with someone at an award ceremony a couple of months back and instantly regretted.
No symptoms then two days later I believe I had food poisoning as I had some uncooked chicken from a local restaurant and was off work for a week.

After this had passed I kept getting the urge to urinate or a feeling as though I had not emptied my bladder so I googled the results and it was saying it was a symptom of STD so I went to get tested, the results came back negative, I was still not convinced and ordered another test (this was a month or so from the unprotected sex) and treatment pack for both chlamydia and gonorrhoea from an online pharmacy I took the test and then took the antibiotics (Azithromycin & Cefixime) in a single dose as detailed.
The results again came back negative. During this period I had developed a dull ache in both of my testicles which varies from one to the other and a feeling as though my left leg was going numb especially the lower leg (calf & foot) so I went to my GP and the first doctor told me that it was possibly IBS but I didn’t feel that this could be it so I got a second opinion and she advises I have epididymis as there was a lump on the top of my left testicle. I was perscribed 4 weeks worth of Ciprofloxacin 500mg 2 times a day but the feeling hasn’t passed and feels as though it flairs up more so when I think about it being an STD. Also I am getting flank pain every now and again somce starting the medication.

I am due a scan on my testicles soon but I keep believing I have an STD although all the results are all negative and I’ve had no discharge, burning when urinating, no itching in the uretha and i cant remember my scrotum being red or swollen.

I am at my wits end at the moment. So I hope someone can help shed some light on it all.
