Epidydimis from gonorrhea? Not sure

I had an unprotected exposure about two years ago and now my right testicle is swollen (the epididymis I think, not on the teste) the exposure was less than 1 minute of anal unprotected. I know stupid right? I was drunk and she and I are army. I had gotten tested for gonorrhea and HIV before I  changed station all negative. Now it is swollen and is very u comfortable on that testicle and I have abdominal pain in that side. This occurred after I found the lump and massaged it. The other teste has the same thing but to a substantially lesser degree. Any ideas? I wonder if I got an ecoli infection and I’ve been carrying it for this long?

Swollen testicles can result from an STI, but there are other causes (physical trauma, bacterial infection, etc.).  If it persists, you should see a doctor - you don't to mess around with an infection down there.

Hi even if you did contract gono it would have cleared up by itself in 2 years so not sure what your pain is from.
