Exposure risk during nude lap dance with stripper.

I received a lap dance (stripper had on g-string) the other night and my penis was exposed through the top of my pants. The stripper was grinding so hard I received like a rug-burn on the side of my penis from the elastic band on my pants. During the dance, the stripper's genitals would have come in contact with my penis, but no penetration occurred. What is my risk for contracting an STD through the rug-burn like scratch on my penis? I'm concerned about syphilis, HEP, and HIV. Is there a need to test?

There is an awesome MD who used to give advice on this forum regularly. I think this is the best link to a similarly posed question. His explanations would put mine to shame: https://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV---Prevention/Vaginal-fluid-on-hand-touched-inside-of-condom-and-head-of-penis/show/1119533
