Fingering?

Can fingering someone (Girl, Vagina) and then licking your fingers cause any form of disease or infection?
Can diseases/infections in one's genital area affect another's hand directly during hand to genital contact?
Can masturbating cause disease or infection to genitals?

Theoretically if you touch sexual fluids you can always get STDs, specially if then they get in touch with your bucal mucose or your genital mucose. Not all stds spread that way though.
There is also the possibility of getting syphilis, herpes and papiloma just because of the contact skin to skin.
