French kissing - Syphilis

Dear doctor

On the 19th of November I visited a hooker. I only engaged with her in deep French kissing. No other sexual activity.

Since 10 days, I saw white pimples in my mouth.
Today, I saw a reddish structure in my mouth (former white pimple), that I can feel but that doesn’t hurt.

I’m afraid it could be a syphilis swore…

Doctor, do you think it could be a syphilis?

Should I got tested ?

Tnx for your feedback

That sounds like a simple virus which often have white spots in the mouth.  Syphilis is usually not spread by kissing. You sound like you are a bit obsessed with checking out your throat. A syph sore would hurt. You mention no other symptoms.  I personally would not worry but if you can always verify with your doctor. I would not expect an std to be related.

I’m not really obsessed but I freaked out when I felt first the white pimples en then a reddish spot on the insides of my cheek…

I was thinking that a syphilis swore don’t hurt at all … I’m mistaken?

You didn't get syph from french kissing. That's really not something that happens in real life.  And what I mean by obsessed is the checking your throat regularly when it DOESN'T hurt. That's not something most people just do.  Haven't looked at the back of my throat since last time I was worried I had strep. So, stop looking and give up on this.  True that the sore wouldn't hurt but at the same point, you really aren't going to get syph from what you describe.
It isn’t possible at all ?

Why, CDC and other .gov mentioning French kissing as a possible risk ? Because it’s theoretically possible but very few evidence in the real world ?
