Gay saunas, travel, sore throat only -- possible HIV/STDs?

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I'm currently on vacation in Asia.

Currently, I have a moderately painful sore throat that developed early yesterday morning. This is the only symptom that I have. No fever (as far as I can tell) and no rash. The day before the sore throat occurred, I had taken a plane and stayed up late upon arriving in my destination, until 2 am, despite being exhausted. I had been staying up late like this for at least a couple of weeks prior.

A little bit of background on my sexual history. While I was on this vacation, I had two hookups. I hooked up twice using an app on my phone. Once on 06/29; he was 19 (the same age as me), said he was STD-free, and that he had had two partners before me (one man, his boyfriend, 25, and 1 woman). I gave him oral and he gave me oral; I tasted pre-cum, but neither of us came in the other's mouth. Cumulatively the oral did not last more than three minutes cumulatively when I gave it (when his penis was in my mouth). There was a bit of a language barrier -- I asked him if he had been tested (and not just thinking he was STD free) and I think he said yes, but I am not sure. He might have just been arguing that since he was young and did not have symptoms, he did not have an STD. Anal sex did not occur.

I hooked up with the other man on 07/03; he was 21, also said he was STD-free, and that he had had five partners before (although, admittedly, this was only after a bit of pushing; initially he said he didn't know. This hookup happened at a gay sauna, as we agreed to before hand, and after we concluded he continued to roam the premises.) He gave me oral for no longer than three to four minutes cumulatively. I did not give him oral. We tried anal (I was the insertive partner), with a condom on, but I could not achieve an erection; at most, only the tip of my condom-covered penis touched his anus.

Finally, I also went to gay saunas a handful of times (4, specifically), the most recent of which occurred on Saturday, 07/12. At these gay saunas, however, I only engaged in either self-masturbation or mutual masturbation. Never did I give anyone oral or anal sex, or did anyone give me oral or anal sex. One man ejaculated on my arm, which I promptly wiped using a towel; I later found some very small (about the width of the tip of a ballpoint pen) wounds that had not fully healed, from what I don't know. The man I masturbated on Thursday had noticeable secretions while I was masturbating him; I initially thought it was pre-come, or he had come already, but the room was dark; it could have been pus from a gonorrhea infection? I did my best to wipe my hand on the towel before I touched myself, but I could have forgotten? Nonetheless, there was no oral or anal sex there.

Given all of this (and thank you if you've made it this far), is it possible that my current sore throat is due to HIV or another STD? Is it just a regular cold/flu/sinus/throat infection? Or my tiredness/being in a new country?

Any thoughts or help you could give would be awesome. Thanks.

HIV questions post in the HIV forum.
No STd really has a sore throat as a symptom

Edit: When I said Thursday above, I meant Saturday.

That said, is it possible it's a cold if it's only sore throat? I don't have any other symptoms other than this sore throat. If it's HIV, is it possible that other symptoms of ARS could come later? Or if it's another STD, that other symptoms could follow this initial sore throat?

Thanks.

Probably just a cold. You had a low risk exposure from oral for a STD.
