Genital warts or something else

I recently noticed bumps on the shaft of my penis they are painless and unpoppable they don’t cause any discomfort to me at all am confused and am feeling really bad about it I’ve had unprotected sex which am really kicking my self for it but I honestly don’t believe it to be genital warts, I masturbate a lot too even after I noticed the bumps. Pls help

It could be genital warts, or perhaps Fordyce spots, but only a doctor is going to be able to tell you for sure.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fordyce_spots - it's a wiki article, but it's got some good pics you can check out.

Since you've had unprotected sex, it's a good idea to get tested for other things, like gonorrhea and chlamydia, which you can have without symptoms, so you can get that done while you get these checked out.
