Gonorrhea - Still Infectious?

Hello, Im a heterosexual male was recently diagnosed with Gonorrhea. The day I found out I went to a clinic and received a shot in my buttocks of ceftriaxone and 1g azithromycin. I was advised to wait 7 days for any kind of sexual contact. But.... it did happen. 2 questions

1) how long after receiving the antibiotics am I do longer able to transmit the infection? I see different answers on this forum.

2) I did have protected sex with a condom 48 hours after receiving antibiotics. I still have a little tingle in the tip of my penis. What is the chance of passing it to my partner? I know she does not have it.

Thanks!!

I’ve read in here quite a bit that the 7 days is conservative. And some say 24-48 hours before no longer infectious. I’d like a doctor to weigh in on this and my original question.

Hi if the doc said 7 days then that would be the time but using a condom would not pass it
