Gonorrhea / chlamydia

Hello,

I had a bad situation, in a drunk night i had sex with a girl. 12 hours later i had sex with another girl. About 2 days later i already felt a little painful sensation.. a little liquid at my penis and a burning feeling during peeing. So i got subscribed 2g of azitromycin over a period of 2 days. 4 x 500mg. The sympthoms are starting to fade now but what i wonder now. What is the risk that girl number 2, who i know was not the one infecting me, has got it. I have been to the toilet, showered etc in the meantime.. altho i did came in her. She was also in the start of her period.. (very light).  I know the chances are pretty big normally.. but i do wonder what they are in the first 12 hours of beeing infected. I hope you can help me with this question!

Best regard

Robin

Hey Robin.

In theory the less time your body has to develop antibodies the more rampant and destructive the STD will be. (This is why first herpes outbreak is the worst).

It's best to just inform the second girl of her exposure and let her get a test done.

Showering/washing up DOES NOT prevent or protect from STDs unfortunately.
