Gonorrhea and/or Chlamydia?

Ok....so me andy fiance split over a month ago. And, yes, I went buck wild. I slept with 2 guys. And I messed around with 3 others. Yes, I used condoms when intercourse took place, but I'm freaking about the oral part. The last two have me freaking out. I thought I had HSV2 first, that was negative and no signs. But then I started thinking about Gonorrhea/Chlamydia/HIV/Hepatitis. More so the first two, because theyre more common. Well i went to the ER on June 13th. They treated me for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia while sending the test off (only vaginal swab). They gave me a shot and 4 zithromax and 4 other anti fungal type pills.  Well they also prescribed doxycycline. I started taking it. Raging yeast infection! Well i took the doxycycline for 5 days before my ex fiance wanted to come back. We were together sexually on the 19th. No oral. (The gonorrhea and chlamydia test came back negative....vaginally) im scared to death it could still be in my throat. I gave him oral on the 20th. I have some symptoms but that also is the same symptoms of ovulation and yeast infection....HELP!?!?!?!?

If you medicated then you would not have it, even if you didn't medicate the risk would have been low.
