Gonorrhea or Tonsilitis?

I gave a guy an unprotected blow job and after 1-2 days my throat started to severely hurt to the point where it hurt to swallow. and now my tonsils are swollen and has a couple white spots.
Do i have gonorrhea?
Or is it just tonsilitis? and if it is tonsilitis how does that relate to the blow job?
And does drinking alcohol contribute to any of this? And would the doctor ask me if i drank alcohol if i got a check up?
Pleasee helpppp!!

bottom line is - you need to go and be seen. get a proper exam and testing for strep. Also discuss your situation and ask for std testing orally for peace of mind. odds are this isn't std related.

how big are the white spots? cold be mono.
gonorrhea is undetectable by test, see a doctor.
a week of antibiotics should be enough. drink plenty of water.
