HELP PLZ... Scared and hopeless

Hi, im new here not sure if im posting in the right fourm. First I want to take a sec to say thnks for your time. well to start i've made some very bad mistakes over the last two years. I lost my brother suddenly which left me in total shock and shortly after we lost our home. I wanted to forget it all ever happened.. So to make a long story short, sometime before that I met a guy online and we were together for awhile before we decided to have sex. I trusted his word on his STD status and he was in training to go to the army which is why he assured me he was clean. We had sex a few times before nothing happend but that night we tryd anal it was uncomfortable. I didnt notice that while I felt I was going to (poo) that I actually did a little but we went back to vaginal sex it was after  we were done that I noticed. Later that night I douched not knowing it would make it worse thought I could probly flush it out. Maby a day or two after i went to the doctor was given antibiotics for a uti tested negative twice for all other stds. my period is almost little to none. I have two swollen glands in my armpit ( painless under the skin puffy and soft to the tuch) any help or idea on what this may be? sorry that the post was so long but I feel that I'm on the edge of losing my mind.

since you had unprotected sex, you can follow up with proper std testing at the proper times. our read before posting post has that info in it.

continue to follow up with your provider. no real reason to think swelling in the armpits is related to a std.
