HIV - should I be worried?

ingore the title, i am scared ******** at the moment.
recently I was in Thailand and I am a straight(maybe bi?) 22 year old male some how got drunk enough and had sex with a ladyboy(he had a penis). He pentrated me anally and vice verse with out protection. we didn't cum in each other but the next day I realised my anus had blead - possibly he could have had precum in my anus. This has been really had to put up here so i have used a different name to stay anonymous.

Some symptons I think I have been experiencing may not entirely relate to HIV but they have me panicing on a great level. After about 5 days of the encounter I had liquid like water diarrhea for 6 days straight - either a yellow/very dark brown colour. and 3 weeks since it happened I have just started to get a bit of a cough, it was pretty dry at first but only a day later i feel like its breaking. before all this ordeal happened I had thrush on my tongue so I don't think that really counts to this occasion.

Should i be worried and going to a doctor immediately? I am feeling like my life is over right now I just can't believe why I did this I feel so stupid...

As for STD's it would be wise to test for gonorrhea and chlymida now, syphilis at 6 weeks.
