HIV and std’s risk?

Hi all.
Once again I managed to be a stupid idiot. I put myself in a situation with a csw from the Baltic region.
She was about 25 years old, looked healthy and clean. The situation played out as followed:
She gave me a long and vigorous blow job -with condom protection. And then we had protected vaginal sex -she was on top until we switched to doggy for a couple of minutes. Right before I ejaculated I pulled out and removed the condom very fast (with the same hand I used to finger her vagina). Ejaculated on her back and wiped her and me with a napkin she gave me.

Additional info: She provided the condom, used her mouth to put it on. She wanted to perform oral on me without condom, but when I said no and asked for condom she looked surprised and did a quick check of my penis head by pulling back the foreskin. She also bit my nipples a couple of times.
The condom was on the entire time. Don’t know if I had any cuts around the penis area.
I tested negative for hiv 1/2 and syphillis at 42 and 50 days after the encounter.
Test was: INSTI Multiplex HIV-1 / HIV-2 / Syphilis Antibody Test.

Now I might have a chest rash for 6 days, maybe because of manscaping (trimming) the chest hair? Itching and slight red.
My wife just got diarrhea and intense stomach cramps that lasted about 5-6 hours - she feels a lot better now.

I’m scared senseless that I might have gotten hiv or something else and passes it to my wife?

Would appreciate any reply.

Hi. I appreciate your reply. I tested negative for syphilis at 7 weeks, the test they used was: INSTI Multiplex HIV-1 / HIV-2 / Syphilis Antibody Test.

Is this test conclusive?

Got a localized waist rash 6 days ago, still there, not itchy. Also have swollen lymph nodes right side groin.

Yes, its conclusive.

See your doctor about your rash. It's not syphilis or HIV.
Thank you so much for the reply! Went to the dr. about the rash today, he was almost certain it was Shingles (because of all the stress and the guilt trip.

From now on I’ll devote my life to the happiness and safety of my wife, marriage, loved ones and life!

Wish you all a happy new year!
