Had protected sex with asian escort. Worried I have an STD?

Hi,
I had protected oral and vaginal sex with an asian escort. She also rubbed her genitals on my genitals very briefly for about several seconds.  She also put a little bit of saliva from her mouth to the top of my exposed penis. I also sucked her nipples for one or two minutes. Am I at a risk of any STD? I didn't come because I'm very inexperienced with girls.

Now after about 37 days, I have a small area on my groin where the skin has peeled off. There may have been a pimple there but I can't remember clearly. It doesn't hurt but sometimes I feel a slight burning sensation there, especially when I touch it and after I wash it. It's very slight. The skin is somewhat hard there too.

I have acne. And even when I was a virgin, I would occasionally get pimples on my groin and testicles.  So this could be a pimple scar that is healing. The scar doesn't appear to be very deep. It's just a peeled skin area.

1) Should I get tested? Is this syphilis? Please advice.

2) Am I at any risk for any std?
Thank you!

Hi genital to genital rubbing would be a risk for herpes and syphilis and since she is a professional worker and may have done this to many customers might not be a bad idea to test for both. Nothing to be overly worried about however.

It has started to heal already. So I guess it's just a pimple scar. I think I'm getting pimples there because I touch the area to examine like a paranoid. I have sensitive skin. But anyway, do you think I need to get tested for anything? Am I at any risk of contracting any STD from the acts I described in the question. I didn't do anything else.

This is the scar I'm worried about.
