Sore throat after unprotected oral and kissing

Hi. Five days ago I had a heterosexual encounter with a girl I met at a bar. Activity consisted of french kissing, receiving unprotected oral from her, and then protected vaginal sex. Three days after the encounter my throat started to get rather sore, and that is the only symptom I have (no fever, no genital pain, etc). I've read that if it was an HIV infection, symptoms could include sore throat but would not occur that soon after infection, so I hope I don't have that. But which other STDs could present with sore throat and nothing else three days after exposure? Kind of worried that the french kissing might have infected me with something. Thanks for the advice.

A cold, strep throat. You receiving oral has nothing to do with your throat.

Well, I did also receive unprotected oral briefly.  What are some things that I realistically could have that would involve sore throat?

Kissing can give you something...a cold.
