Haven't Slept 6 days....help....
I was on a golf outing with a bunch of friends.....got way to drunk and got a ** from our bartendar. Something I am embarassed and ashamed of. I don't want to bring anything home, or get divorced! However, after the golf was over and I was back home I noticed that my urination has increased. It was 6 full days ago and I have no other signs of anything. Just a lot of urination. I am under tons of stress about this and cant sleep. I have been drinking water like crazy to flush myseld and re-hydrate. Golf was Thursday (the night this happened) Friday - Sunday was normal until Sunday night I just kept urinating. Monday I went about times, Tuesday abotu 4 but then freaked out today when I went the 3rd time and it was all cloudy! I ate a buritto and 1/2 lemonade 1/2 ice tea for lunch and that's it. In fact thats about all I have eaten in 3 days. I also noticed that I am going in smaller amounts just more often. I sent this girl a message telling her how worried I was and she stated two times that she is clean. We have no other sexual contact........can you please help me stop worrying......
You probably got zithro for a bronchitis or a dermatitis,
Also why did you not take the last 3 zithros, it is important to finish a antibiotic treatment, this way you do not develop a resistance. Never ever stop a treatment because you now feel better. And do not try to save a antibiotics for a rainey day, this is more dangerous then you know, this is why we have MRSA.

Nope, we never recommend self medication because...1. it can cause side effects that might make you more nervous, 2. it might not cure any infection and you would be dealing with it in a couple of weeks again (even though I said your risk was very low) 3. you might start to build up a resistance.
On a side note, I know that Azithromycin comes in a 6 pack, 1 pill for 6 days in a row. However I have 3 pills from something totally different. I know you are not a doc but for my peace of mind I might take these 3 pills....think thats ok?
Thanks again. Today, I feel a little better and seem to be urinating less. Most likely due to less water intake. I hope & pray you are both right.....thanks and I hope I can help others as much as you two.
Vance had good comments, I forgot herpes and NGU but truely the risks are very low, its truely nerves.
I was more worried about the flushing, it can really mess with your electrolytes and would not help anything.
Also Vance brought out the incubation periods, this is important as a person can test negative but be positive, the results are generally about a week, maybe a week and half.

I would still be aware if you see anything like discharge that is green or yellow or if you see a sore on your penis. Other then that I would move past it and not give it much thought.
Thanks again Van. I agree, I need to get over this mental block. I, like you....am going to help other people through this once I am able to get over it myself. It's been 7 days today and no other signs....maybe I should move past it.
When I was in your situation everytime I felt something or I thought that something had changed I feared for the worst. But it's been almost 1 year and I have gotten past it. Now I am here answering questions from the info I have learned from the Dr's on this site and for other people who answer questions here.

You're right....I NEVER did. Just when my urination increased I was like "Oh NO!". Monday I thought is was all the beer coming out....and the increased fluid intake but its like walking on glass......I don't know how to make myself feel better.......
Yes I think you are. I was in the same situation as you were and it really is guilt that is taking control. Did you worry about oral sex before you were married? I never did and never had any issues.

No, a lot of things can cause that and a lot of those are not STD related. When they say frequent urination they are talking about very frequent and you would get a burning with it.
Let me correct a few things, your risks were for gonorrhea, NGU, syphilis and herpes. Gonorrhea and NGU are most common and without symptoms no real worry. Syphilis is rare and herpes without an outbreak (cold sore) I would not worry about it.
Oral sex is low risk but possible.
If you feel like you have to test, then test for
gonorrhea after 1 week-urine
Syphilis is 6 weeks-blood
Herpes is 4 months-blood.

First off salvia generally inhibits any transmission of disease, generally only if there was a sore in the mouth may it be a problem. Also the signs and symptoms that your are worried about is not anything attached with a STD.
We teach in Bloodborne Pathogens that HIV, Hep b, hep c, clymidia and gonherrea is extrememly minimal risk of being transmitted orally, I am unclear with syphillis due to all of my recent research.
You are stressed, and the water flushing is not helping anything, a virus or bacteria is what your worried about and there is no flushing to take care of that and you have not described one sign or sypmtom of a STD. STOP Flushing, this can cause hyponeutremia and all kinds of electrolyte imbalances especially with you not eating well.
As for you going in smaller amounts and more often, your body is adjusting and probably producing more alderstone (ADH), you will probably start finding that you ankles are swelling. I am real serious about this Stop Flushing, Flushing won't help anything and your hurting yourself.
As for the leak, well you probably for the lack of a medical term, strained your urinary sphincters, we saw this with troops that needed to pee but held back (generally from embarrasment) in fact this happened to me until I decided to "free the pee", a term I coined.
Now the cloudy pee, I do wonder about, if it did not happen again, it probably was a irritation, just watch it but if your urination is not burning (it was told to me that it really burns) then your doing well.
Go to the county or State Health Department, everything is confidential and get tested, the results are fast. This will give you piece of mind if nothing else as I do not think you have anything infectious. To not have sex with wife until return of results and you won't have to tell her.
