Hbv

greeting. (AJ) I would also like to be a consultant in my country. As we know, oral sex is considered safe sex. (I read a lot about this) as we know in hbv std. But I know little about transmission. dr hhh said long ago there was no risk. Is that still the case? Have you personally encountered such a case? It can be said that there is no risk to hbvre oral sex - which is the lower risk - cunilingus or sucking - I would like to have a sincere answer. Thanks in advance.

If the result is negative, is this all over? Cunnilingus happened six months before that. All tests are negative only for this test (hbv, hcv). He can't get over this, he regretted it.

cunnilingus and protected vaginal sex. There was no broken condom.
You have been asking about cunnilingus risks since May. I can't answer it any differently than I have already.

If you or your friend or whoever can't let it go, they need to see a therapist.

There is no risk here.

welcome Aj. My friend is doing an hbv test (hbsag, anti-hbs, anti-hbc, hcv). If you have the result I'll write if possible. Have a nice day.

He has no need for all of these tests. They will be negative if all he's done is cunnilingus.

do I mean this is not a test? I don't understand exactly. Thanks for the reply and have a nice day.

I'm sorry I wasn't clear.

There's no need to test for HBV after just performing cunnilingus.

Your friend should talk to his doctor about a HBV vaccine. There are tests that can show if he's been vaccinated or not. This is a vaccine everyone should have, regardless of sexual activity.

Your friend will be fine.
I told my friend. He just asked me to explain. Please explain to me why you do not need the test! He said it was just clit licking. There was no blood and nothing. this will be the last question. Thank you very much for your help.
Oral sex on a vagina is lower risk than a lot of things.

For example, when someone is performing oral sex on a penis, the penis often goes into the throat, making it easier for germs to get into the throat. Oral sex on a female makes it impossible for that kind of exposure.

There are also just some ways that are more efficient at transmitting STDs than others - like vaginal penetration is more efficient than oral sex. Using hands for fingering or handjobs never transmit STDs.

Some germs prefer certain parts of the body, too. Chlamydia is rarely, if ever, found in the throat, but gonorrhea can be transmitted to the throat easily, almost always from performing oral sex on a penis.

HBV is found in higher levels in blood than in vaginal secretions, and it takes a certain amount of the virus to be present in order to transmit.

So since there was no blood present, there is less of the virus in vaginal secretions than in blood or semen, and oral sex on a female is lower risk, and so far, there have been no confirmed cases of HBV being transmitted by oral sex, I think your friend is okay. He's not likely to be the first one.

so zero risk by hbv cunnilingus just like hiv
?
Yes, I wouldn't worry about HBV at all in this scenario.

No, I see no need to test after just cunnilingus.

I'd also suggest that people talk to their doctors about the hbv vaccine.

I ask this because they asked me. One of my friends (who has a wife who goes to a 2 year old little kid) did a cuniling on a prostitute. All her tests are negative. Only hbv wasn't doing it. Do you think you should test it? Or can you be safe with your unprotected sex wife? If he had gone to you, what would he have said to him?

Hi :)

In theory, there is a small risk. In practical terms, there is no risk. There have been no confirmed cases of HBV being transmitted by oral sex.

It's like HIV and oral sex - in theory could it happen? Maybe. In all likelihood, would it ever? No.

Also, there is a vaccine for HBV. If you are vaccinated, there is no risk anyway.

Oral sex isn't actually safe sex. There's actually no such thing as "safe sex". There is safer sex. With oral sex, you can still get or transmit syphilis, gonorrhea, and hsv1.

People with penises who receive oral sex can also get NGU/NSU. This is non-gonococcal urethritis, or non-specific urethritis. It means any infection in the urethra that isn't caused by gonorrhea. It can be caused by normal mouth bacteria entering the urethra.

Hope this helps!
