im gonna get straight to the point coz i need an answer asap and im not particulary proud of what im about to say , basically got drunk and well this lad was "attempting" to have sex his penis was more on the outskirts if you know what i mean and i think the tip only went in me like a fraction he didnt come at all , but i know about pre-*** etc , i dont even know if this would class as sex! but im just wondering whats the chances of catching an STD and do you think i should get the morning after pill , my vagina is abit irritable but that could just be due to the "exploring" and amount of alcohol as i usually get that
Please help as if i do need the pill il need to get one asap

It might be shaving irritation, anxiety, an std, etc.

You should just go test.  You probably won't relax until you do.

I don't see a big need to get tested for stds.  Since contact seems to have been limited, I wouldn't worry unless you get symptoms.

As far as the morning after, that is your call.  For me, it would depend on where I was in my cycle, if my cycle was regular or irregular, etc.

We have a women's health and a sexual health forum that might be able to help you with this part more than this forum can.
