Help and advice required..very much worried

Hi I committed a big mistake 7 days ago..i met a prostitute she gave me  an unprotected masturbation.it was  my first sexual experience of any kind. There was no genital insertion or vagina-genital touch. I had a slight temperature two days after that which became fine same day itself. One day after that I started to feel slight pain in my testicle and genital area.and a pain in penis sometime after urination.there is no discharge from my penis.please reply to my following doubts as I am very much worried
1.is there any risk of STD transmitted ?
2.should I take any test?if so when and what tests?
3.if no risk what are these unusual symptoms ?
Please reply

Touching or masturbating are not ways normally STDs spread. There would be a theoretical risk of syphilis if that lady had the infection in the second stage. But honestly, I doubt she would be there giving you a handjob if she were at that point of the infection. The pain you feel can be because of the physical action of masturbating, if she did it strongly.

I don't see any risk and no test is needed.

All the best.

There is no chancre noticed in my genital area.the only thing is a small swelling like feeling in my testicle.and the pain in penis is also decreasing  day by day .indeed she was masturbating strongly..is there any chance of chlamydia or gonnorhea as I read somewhere hand touch on genital may cause this?
