Help me..plzzzz

I had unprotected oral sex on the location of the transmitter, I used my fingers also female condoms in sexual intercourse while I stroked her vagina to me orally. I emptied immediately after ejaculation remove the condom in the vagina after soaking my mouth with my finger I stroked masturbation .. What is my risk?

As history;
1-I used a condom during sexual intercourse..
2-Oral sex (transmitter) no condom..
3-I finger the vagina
4-then I took my finger to my mouth with cum masturbation
