Help with diagnosis

What STD's can cause testicular pain that comes and goes daily (never really bad but kinda just "there"), is sexually transmitted, and could possibly withstand treatment with penicillin G and a 1g dose of zithromax?

I need to know what to get tested for....

This may be prostatitis or epidydimitis. A visit to a good urologist would be best. Take care.

Even if this pain occurs daily (which is the only symptom that continues to occur) and I had other STD symptoms earlier which have since vanished? (Sore throat, burning sensation in the urethra, abdominal pain, red bumps, ect.) What else could cause this within a few days of a sexual encounter?

It's not an STD. STD's do not have symptoms that come and go. And the onyl ones that could cause the pain you are talking about you have already tested negative for.
