Heterosexual unprotcted anal sex

Are there any medical professionals who can help? I am a male and had anal sex with a female sex worker. Condom popped half way through. This happened 30 days ago. On day 26 I went to my doctor for a complete STD/HIV testing. Currently awaiting results. Only symptoms are sweating feet, tiny lymph node on back of neck near hairline and pimple-like sores on the creases between the back of my legs and butt. I also had one raised sore high in my pubic area. That sore popped 3days ago and thick white discharge came out (looked the same stuff from a zit). Should I be worried until answers come in? What are the chances of a female giving a male HIV through anal? I am not curcumcised. This was my only risk factor. Also she is 51 and swears she is clean, but....

When is the proper time to test for other stds? My doctor thinks on day 26 all stds would show except possibly HIV. He will retest for that at week 6. Also are any of my symptoms indicative of any STD? And doesn't it take just one encounter to contract an STD? Thank you and others for your time.

the risk of any std from a one time, mostly protected encounter is very low.

your gonorrhea and chlamydia testing was accurate, any other std testing was done too early.

each time you have new symptoms, be seen for proper exam.
