HPV Infection

Hi,
went for a massage 6 months ago with a happy ending. after back message and turning around onto back there was a bit of body rubbing before hand job. two weeks after message had a burning sensation on penis head. have been for std tests and all was negative. penis head still has a burning sensation and a week ago my bum has also started to have a burning sensation. can this be hpv. there are no visible warts.

thank you

You wouldn't have burning from HPV, nor would you likely have symptoms from HPV that soon. The incubation period - time from infection to symptoms - is usually several weeks to months for HPV.

Have you seen a doctor? You weren't at any risk for an STD, unless there was some actual grinding and you were both naked from the waist down, but perhaps you have something else going on. If you mean that your bum is burning internally, you could have some inflammation in your prostate.

It's been going on for 6 months. It's time to see a doctor.

thank you for response. we were both naked but there was no grinding. just a few body slides. bum burning on outside of bum hole
That could be hemorrhoids, which has nothing to do with sex. It could also be other things, but really, you need to see your doctor. Pain of any kind is our body's way of telling us something is wrong. Don't let your activities or the location of the pain deter you from getting help for it. If your elbow was hurting, you'd get it checked, right?
you are right. thank you. could there be HPV infection from body sliding?
In theory, maybe. It usually requires more of a grinding with friction and time to transmit. It's not something I'd worry about if it were me.
thank you
You're welcome. Let us know if you have any other questions.
how do I load pictures onto your site. thank you
Hi anuty Jessi. Am I able to post a picture. Have bumps on penis shaft and scrotum that I have noticed. There is lots of them. Could this be an infection
You see them easier if skin is stretched
Lots of bumps that you see when the skin is stretched are probably oil glands, and not an infection. Are they lighter than your skin color, and you have lots of them? That's probably oil glands, and those are perfectly normal, and you need them. You've always had them and because you're anxious, you're just now noticing them.

You can't add pics to this site, and we don't allow pics of genitals, even medical ones. We are a PG-13 site. If you want to post on a pic hosting site, like ingur or something, that's fine. We can't diagnose you, though.

Try to remember that you had very little risk here, and have tested negative for everything so far. If you are concerned, you should get checked by a doctor who can tell you if what you are seeing is normal.

thanks Aunty Jessie, there are lots of them on penis shaft and on Scrotum.
I would say they are a bit lighter than skin color
Forgive the name of the site, but they have a great pic here - http://growingupboys.info/Answers/20071022.html

Is this what you see?

they do look like that. just not as pronounced. they are bigger an easier to see when the skin is pulled tight. they do not itch or anything. can HPV warts cause you have a constant burning sensation. penis tip and bum still has a burning feeling no sign of bumps anywhere. there are conflicting symtoms on websites. does hpv clear itself.

thanks aunty jessi
also bumps are on underside of penis shaft as per explanation on picture that you gave me.
can warts cause you to have a constant burning sensation
No, HPV only causes bumps. It wouldn't cause the rest.

The rest sounds like you might have a prostate issue, like prostatitis. Have you seen a doctor yet? It's been 13 days since you first asked about this, and 6 months since you've had symptoms. You need to follow up with your doctor.
thanks for your reply Antie  Jessie. will visit doctor. find all your answers very interesting. just a quick question. would hpv warts cause the penis tip right at the top to feel irritable and burning feeling even if there arnt warts showing. have read on some websites that warts can cause a burning sensation. also still burning sensation at anus
from my last message to you does it sound like my bump under penis shaft are Fordyce spots. do you have any references of pictures that show what warts should look like on penis shaft and at top of penis head. sorry for all the questions. know you said I basically have zero risk. By the way what does grinding of gentitals mean. i only had some body rubbing with oil

thank you
This question was answered in auntiejessi's response to you just above your new post, and photos are abundantly found via Google.  As noted, your best course at this point is to follow up with an in-person visit to a doctor, as our forums members cannot diagnose the cause of your burning issues.
