Hiv? Red spots on tongue border after performing oral sex?

4 months ago I gave a guy an oral sex. It was my first time performing oral sex. After a couple of days two red spots appeared on the edge of my tongue on the border one on each side. It was dark red, a month later on the left side of my tongue a white flaky line appeared that seems to be flaky, and i can scrape it off. After brushing my teeth, and tongue it goes away. It shows up again the next morning. Is this some type of HIV?

I see you also posted a similar question in the cancer community. There is absolutely no possibility of oral cancer from your recent oral sex experience. The risk of that is near zero, and if were to happen, it would be 10-20 years or more after exposure.

Sorry, we don't examine photos of rash, lesions, etc. That's for in-person medical care, not a community (amateur) online forum.

Hi Howard. Thank for answering my question, but one more thing i'm curious about. Can the white coating on an HIV patient's tongue get scraped off easily?

No STD, including HIV, would cause either red bumps or white coating on the tongue, and I doubt this has anything to do with the oral sex event. But if you remain concerned, see your doctor.

I forgot to mention that it's painless.
