What is causing the symptoms I am experiencing on my glans and shaft?

Recently I have been having some concerning symptoms. My symptoms began about 3 weeks ago after I believe I simply ripped some skin on the underside of my shaft while masterbating. However, I had some extreme irritation at my meatus, which was painful while rubbing against my clothes. Eventually this subsided, but then I started having a weird sensation in my glans. It's difficult to describe, but it feels sort of like a tingling sensation, or simply like the skin is tight and I can feel it. Its not painful but I notice it, mostly only when I am thinking about my issue.

I am circumsized, and I experienced painful urination for a few days, but that has since dissipated. Additionally, I will occasionally feel a momentary itch on my shaft, but it will go away within 10 seconds. This will happen a number of times throughout the day. Finally, I recently noticed one small, raised, red bump on the underside of my shaft.

I feel like I am just paranoid, as I have only had one sexual encounter (received unprotected oral sex) about 8 months prior to the symptoms appearing, but also have french kissed a number of women more recently to the symptoms starting. Additionally, I have not changed detergents, shampoos, or soaps recently.

If anybody has any information they can share, I'd appreciate it.
