Hiv,sy,hpt b, stds and so on

Hi my bf refereed me this forum.ok!let me tell my story and guys pls help.
End of AUG i had sex with my ex bf which is condom protected and i gave him oral without condom ,we had sex before on April and may in same way.on sept i got broke up and i a new relationship.we both had unprotected sex on sept 22.Two weeks later he complained he has discomfort and discharge from his penis, anyway we both get treated for  it.he got tested for HIV RAPID ANTIBODY TEST,SYPHILIS RPR ANTIBODY AND HBV RAPID ANTIBODY TEST at 5week after exposure.he also break up with his ex on sept quite after having unprotected sex and the test was 7week after he exposure from his ex.he forced me to get tested at 7 weeks after exposure and ' its 11 week after exposure from my ex'..All came negative for us both.so now my question is

1,how reliable is our HIV AND HBV antibody test from our deferent exposure?
2,syphilis RPR test are accurate in this case?
3,if i have was infected with syphilis years ago then my test will detect it?
4,what are the possibilities of false negative in all our test?
5,should we stop fear about retesting and move on?
6,can we resume our sex life?

thanks for answers

Your partner should see a doctor if any of his symptoms continue. But based on the test results, syphilis is not at all likely.

It sounds like your new partner had nongonococcal urethritis. Chlamydia is a common cause of NGU, but in most cases no STD bacteria can be found. However, if you both were treated properly (e.g. azithromycin single dose, or doxycycline for 7 days) you won't have any further problem with it. This is an extremely low risk situation for HIV and for sexually transmitted hepatitis.

1,2,4) All your negative test results are conclusive for exposures at the end of August. There is no realistic chance of false negative results.

3) If you had syphilis years ago and were not treated, the RPR would have been positive.

5) ",should we stop fear about retesting and move on?" Yes, indeed!

6) "can we resume our sex life?" From all you have said, I see no reason you and your partner cannot safely resume sex together.

I hope this has helped. Best wishes--
