Understanding false positive for gonorrhea

So last year after me and my current boyfriend started having unprotected sex, I noticed some burning and itching when I urinate. On my way to the doctor and took a STD test and it came out positive for chlamydia. I told my boyfriend this and he said it could have been from him because he had gotten it from someone else but thought he was cleared. So I got treated and in between this time my boyfriend ended up going to jail. I retest it and tested negative. So my boyfriend gets out of jail months later oh, and I noticed more symptoms again later after that so I get tested again and it came up positive for chlamydia bacterial vaginosis and gonorrhea. I told my boyfriend this on top of accusing him of sleeping around because I didn't have gonorrhea before. He says he never slept with anyone else. I haven't slept with anyone else either. So he gets tested and it comes up positive for chlamydia and negative for gonorrhea. So I am wondering well we are wondering how I came up positive for gonorrhea if neither one of us have cheated. I'm trying to prove to him that there are cases of false result. He isn't being open-minded to this chance oh, and still believe that I have cheated. I need some answers. I believe he is being honest about not cheating oh, and I am honest about not sleeping. This is eating me alive. I am going to get retest it next week and I told him to come with me so we can talk to my OBGYN. I read that having BV increases chance for false positive gonorrhea. This has to be the case there's no other way. Someone please

There have been a few reports of BV causing false positives for gonorrhea, but it would be really helpful if you could find out the name of the test you had done.

How is it that you're positive for chlamydia again after you tested negative? Has he never treated? You need to stop having sex with him until he can prove that he has. He's mad at you for thinking you've cheated, but he keeps infecting you with chlamydia, and that's okay?

Get mad, hon. He's either not treating, not getting his follow up testing, or cheating.  He could get treatment and tested in jail. He's not respecting your health.
