How long do STD symptoms last?

For most STDs, how long time do their symptoms last usually if not cured? For example, chlamydia or gonerriha, or herpes, HPV, trich, etc. Thank you!

They last until cured when you get symptoms.

Thank you for answering my question.
My exposure was touching and mutual masturbation. His precum may touched my pee hole. Nothing else. No unprotected oral or anal sex. My symptoms include headache, hurting lymph node on left neck and left groin, burning sensation  and sore inside my penis tube, some pain in lower left abdomen. All symptoms were after the exposure, and have been there all the time.
Tested for chlamydia and gonerriha after 5 and 12 days with swab test, both negative. Doc gave me treatment of one shot for gonerriha and 2 pills for chlamydia. Tested for herpes after 25 days, and came back negative. He checked my urine sample, and did not see any uti.
The experts here all suggested no STD.
But my symptoms are still there. Never changed. Any more suggestions? More STD tests? HIV test?
I asked for prostate check but my doc didn't think it's prostate problem and didn't check for me.
What else?
Been suffered for 6 weeks. No sex. What should I do now?
Your help is truly appreciated.

Thanks again.
Probably I need to see anothe urologist and check my bladder and prostate.
Could mutual masturbation cause bladder or prostate problem?
Thank you for your time and patience.
