I have a painful bump underside penis that hurts when touched?

I had unprotected sex about a month and a half ago. I experienced a rash in my groin that went away after 2 weeks. I thought it was fungal so I used fungal cream. However a small bump the size of a pinhead has been on the underside of my penis. Right where the skin attaches underneath. The bump hurts but only when I touch it. No other times. And it's been there for a month now. Could this be herpes or hpv?

If it's been there a month, it's not herpes.

If it's painful to the touch, it's not likely to be HPV.

You should see your doctor about this, though. It could be a clogged oil gland, or something else, but it's been there for a month. It's time to see your doctor and get it evaluated. It doesn't sound like an STD, but it does sound like something that needs to be treated.
