I highly believe that I have gonorrhea throat. My life is over

So I have been seeing this guy for the past month. I always would give him oral unprotected because I thought it was safe sex! We used condoms always for penetration. Well about 4 days ago, I developed a scratchy throat and stuffy nose before we had oral sex because I was sleeping with the fan on.  I chalked it up to be a cold. Eventually, later on, that day it went away and we had protected sex and unprotected oral. The day after the feeling of a cold came back and when I awoke from sleeping it went away. Now 4 days later, I have a slightly stuffy nose a bit of a cough and a sore throat with small white spots. I have been eating soups and drinking fluids. So far the soreness is very mild and not severe. The is unusual because when I get colds my sore throat leaves and I tend to get stuffy and have a cough.

Along with my sore throat, I have chills as well.  The soreness actually started yesterday afternoon and became pronounced this morning

I text him and he hasn't responded which makes me think he infected me with throat gonorrhea

I had a STD in the past and thought I was being safe. Apparently not. He did not cum in my mouth but there was precum. He wasn't dripping or anything

I was pretty sure that would happen once you started texting the guy about throat gonorrhea.  I have read lots of your posts and I don't mean any disrespect, but you really need to get help for your anxiety.  Anxiety is treatable.  People can come up with a million reasons why they are anxious rather than just saying they have anxiety disorder and doing something about it.  You are ruining relationships over your anxiety.  So, sure.  Get your throat swabbed but make sure you talk to a doctor about what is really impacting your life---  your anxiety.

Well, i went to urgent care and I have strep. Dr told me if it was gono my throat would appear really white. He conducted a throat swab and it showed positive for strep

A swab would tell you if it is either but it could also just be a virus.  Most likely is.

Do you know the symptoms of throat gono? I text my guy friend and he told me that I am crazy and he's done with me
The guy just text me and told me that if he would have had something like that he wouldn't be having sex. This kind of ease my mind a little

You have to really try not to over react.  Even IF you had oral gonorrhea, your life wouldn't be over as it is easily treated.  You probably just have a sore throat/virus.  Go to the doctor and get a throat swab.  If it is positive, they'll give you antibiotics.  Done.  It will probably be negative though.  And a good portion of people who get oral gono will SELF cure.  Their own body fights it off.  So, keep some perspective about this.  You are an anxious person it seems and I'd say the best thing for you to do is to NOT have casual sex and the next boyfriend you have, both get a full STD screening before you have sex.  Then you will not fret and think everything is an std.  It will give you some peace of mind to enjoy yourself.  That's just some general advice you didn't ask for but it must be hard to panic on a regular basis over these things.  I'm sure you are tired of being worried so often.  So, get a throat swab to know for sure without expecting it to be positive.

It has eased since I posted this. But I still have a few white spots on the throat. I am not sure if it is strep or oral gonnorhea
