I think i have an STD

hello there, i am a 23 year old male . 2 weeks ago, i had unprotected vaginal sex. 2 days later, i had dysuria and i thought it was maybe a UTI. 1 week later, i had left inguinal lymph node enlargement (did US but doctor said its an inflammation and theres no lymph node enlargement elsewhere in the body). I also did urinalysis and urine culture and CBC but all of which were normal. yesterday i had a red eye most likely conjunctivitis. i had no fever, no chills, no penile discharge, no genital ulcers. I am freaking out and really afraid what it could be. i started taking cefixime antibiotic yesterday 400 mg and today i started applying chloramphenicol eye drops for my eyes. can someone tell me whats the most likely diagnosis ? whether its more likely viral or bacterial

I think both syphillis and herpes can cause a conjunctivitis, if I remember correctly.

You have reactive arthritis. Do your joint hurt?

Hi, so your concern is the lymph node? Symptoms of stds would be white puss penis discharge and genital sore that appear about 2 weeks later. Also if you contracted herpes, which can cause this, there should also be flu like symptoms and genital blisters.

thank you for answering. i have no penile discharge, no genital sores/blisters, and no flu like symptoms. I just have a very painful urination and tingling sensation in penis and scrotum and left inguinal lymph node swelling thats it. do you think i should be worried ?
