If my pubic hairs tingle do i have an std?

On Dec 31 I was having anal sex with a girl and the condom broke.  I was inside of her for 5-10 minutes when I pulled out.  I immediately washed my penis.  Since then occasionally my penis would itch and I don't have a rash, no swollen lymph nodes, no fever, no headache, no fatigue. Daily i experience a tingling feeling on my pubic hairs and no rash.  The first couple of days i had a sensation when i would urinate but it wasn't burning.  My urination is normal but sometimes i feel discomfort on my penis.  I don't have any discharges on my penis, soars, crust or any of the other symptoms I have read about.  I did notice my penis looks larger then normal and can easily get an erection.  I don't know if its because of a possible std or the girl i'm dating.  From what i read it seems like I have jock itch and I plan to cut my pubic hairs and apply an anit-fungi cream.  Do you think I have an STD?

If you are in the US, you can get much cheaper std testing done at your local health department.

btw you were tested too early for hiv too - you should wait 3 months.

Nothing you've mentioned sounds like a std is going on.

I went an got test for HIV and i was negative but i need to get a STD test.  I went to a same day clinic so i could only afford an HIV.  The Dr. said its possible to still have Gonorrhea or Syphilis.  I need to go to a clinic that takes week to get resutls because the HIV test was $175.  I still have some discomfort in genitals but i think and pray its jock itch.  Can Gonorrhea and Syphilis be cured?

Symptoms have nothing to do with a STD, but STD's don't have to show symptoms. Advice is to see a Dr for symptoms and get tested.
