Single crater appeared pubic area.. confused plz help

This morning I had an itch on the top side of my penis. Figuring it was just from shaving last night no worries. When I when to scratch It, I thought it might have been a bug bite. Just wasn't normal. So Went to check it out and noticed a small singular  hole/divot on the middle/top of my penis. Looks similar to an acne scar. Other than itch slightly there are no signs of pain or irritation, there are no fluids coming out nor any abnormal discoloring. Did some research but definitely more freaked out than relieved. I've been worried since receiving unprotected oral sex well over a week ago.  I have had a problematic and still concurring acne problem including on my body. Really hoping that's what it is! Also, like I mentioned I shaved/trimmed last night. I did use an electric razor like the genius I am (with a guard) to trim the long hairs. When I was finished I noticed few small cuts on the scrotum, I cant remember if there were any on the penis itself. But only that one spot sticks out and was itchy. I scratched for a while before realizing it so maybe I could have done some damage? I do have some pictures to add if it helps.. Looks more like an acne scar than pictures I've been researching. As the day is going on its starting to get irritable from rubbing against my clothing. Cant stop worrying plz help!

Hi, since shaving is involved the scrotum issues may very well be connected to that. Not sure what to make of the penis but if its itchy it just maybe an inflamed hair folical or an injury from the oral sex. If your concerned have a doc take a look.
