I'm worried about having HIV

I had sex with my bf 4 months ago he said he only has HErps-2 and HVP , we had sex but condom went up. 4 days later I had a UTI and took Meds and it was gone. I started getting headaches feeling dizzy went to the emergency room and had regular blood work done. Everything looked fine.
Flu went away
But now my elbows hurt a lot could it be the herpes virus or could it be HIV?
