Closed mouth kiss on the lip no tongue no saliva

Can syphilis be transmitted in a closed mouth kiss on the lip? The person who kissed me had no visible sore or lesion on their lip however quickly kissed my lip, i kept my mouth closed and tried to move but she did touch my lip? Basically like a kiss on the cheek but in my case its on the lip..?

As you were advised, you did not have a risk for syphilis, so there is no reason to test, and no reason for treatment.

No, syphilis is not transmitted this way.

In order to transmit syphilis, a sore must be present. If no sore was present, you're fine. Oral syphilis is almost always transmitted by oral sex, not kissing.

You do not need to test.
