Irritated painful area on penis

I had unprotected oral sex with another man a week ago. I only received oral. I'm wrought with regret and anxiety. Maybe grasping at straws. 2 and a half days later I developed a very raw feeling painful spot on penis about the size of a dime half on rim of head and half on shaft. It isn't red or discolored. Maybe a little pinkish but it is slightly puffy. It hurts like hell. Just rubbing on my boxers hurts it. It's been there for 4 days and hasn't gotten better or worse. I'm freaking out over this. Doc is running tests for stds. Herpes has been my main worry. I keep waiting for blisters to arise out of this painful area but none have yet. There's no discharge and doc said she couldn't feel any lymph nodes. She says its probably just irritation but it won't get better! I didn't see any cold sores on his mouth but not sure i looked closely enough. I have gotten cold sores in past but very infrequently. Keep telling myself that I have hsv1 already so he couldn't have given it to but I'm second guessing if I really had cold sores at all. Like maybe they were something else.  It was a rough bit of oral sex. Lasted maybe 5 or 7 minutes. Can anyone give me advice or put me at ease? I've become very very anxious and depressed. Does this fit with herpes or any other stds? I e done massive research but it seems that advice is all over the map. Please help good news or bad. Thanks.

Thanks for quick response Vance! I know 2 days isn't really long enough I just had it now for over 4 days and I didn't know if maybe its prodrome. But I don't think a prodrome would last 4 days?? I haven't been feverish or anything. Slight burning but I don't know if that is residual pain from the irritation on penis glan. Doesn't burn when I pee. I'm sorry if I sound paranoid, fact is I am paranoid which isn't a usual part of my persona. If I get worried its usually over something very real. I'm so out of sorts now.

That is not a symptom of a STD and 2 days is not really a time frame for STD's other then possibly gonorrhea and NGU. But again those are not symptoms of.
