Irritation on the tip of my penis. Plz help me

Hi there. I am worried that I have a std. 9 days ago I got a handjob from a girl with two min of oral. About three days ago I noticed that I had a slight irritation on the tip of my penis.  I immediately went to the std clinic to get checked. They did a penile swab and took a urine and blood sample. The nurse also did a physical exam. The nurse told me that there was no signs of swelling and that the skin looked heathy. She also went and checked on the swan which she said didn't have any bacteria in it.  I am still waiting for the other results. Jumping to today's he irritation has been bugging me less so I decided to masterbate. I'm not sure but it looked like there was a tiny bit of blood in my semen.  Is this a sign of a std or something else? I don't have any other symptoms ( discharge, sores, lecions, other pains). The irritation is not as bad as it used to be and only seems to get irritated when it rubs on a towel or sometimes my boxers.

Please help me my anxiety is through the roof right now and I don't know what else to do.
Thanks for your time.

At worst this some bacteria or fungal infection I would suggest. Oral sex is very low risk of any STD that rarely live in the throat.

Hey fleet wood thanks for commenting. Is this something that will go away on its own?  I also forgot to mention that I was peeling more frequently and that it had a funny smell to it. Also today I have been getting slight  discomfort in my lower abdominal and pelvic region.  Would this suggest to you that it's still a Bacterial or fungus thing?  Any of these signs point to herpies?
Peeing not peeling
